We strive to share our products with everyone in the world but some countries do not share the same liberal vision. Please view the countries we do not ship to here but otherwise we shp worldwide.

Where we do not ship

There are a few countries we do not ship to which are listed here. Also, recent increases in fraudulent activity, we can no longer ship to PO boxes or APO addresses

North American Orders

North American orders are shipped by UPS with tracking numbers. You can choose from standard (5-7 business days), 3 day and overnight service.

International orders

International orders are shipped by registered international post and may incur customs or duties charges of the entering country. Please contact your local customs authority to determine charges.

Order Tracking

You will be emailed the tracking number of your order after it is shipped. You can track your package online on our site or at www.ups.com

Packaging

All of our packages are sent in unmarked boxes or protective mailers, by either Xpress Post or UPS. Our Shipping Guarantee

Your order is covered by our 100% money back shipping guarantee. If your order is lost or damaged during shipping we will reship your order free of charge or refund your payment. This guarantee is only valid for North American orders shipped to the billing address of the credit card used to make the purchase only.

Money Orders

To pay by money order, first place your order online or over the phone with one of our customer service representatives Then submit your payment including a copy of the invoice you will receive via email or write your order number on your money order.

Shipping to an address other than billing address

You may ship your order to a different address than your billing address by inserting your shipping address into the shipping address fields and inserting your billing address into the billing address fields. If you do not include both addresses, your purchase will not be authorized and will return a processing error.
